Introduction to “Our Adventures into Singapore and Asia”
Hello, my name is Johanna and this is my story about our adventures into Singapore & Asia. For my most recent updates (note there are many) look to your immediate right. Under “Navigation” click on “Blogs” and be sure to leave a comment under the story that you like!!!!
When we started blogging we were only a few weeks away from our departure. We sold almost everything, packed up and moved out. We stayed with friends & family, traveled from house to house, church to church to try to get one last glimpse of our loved ones before we headed out.
Now we have arrived and we have found Singapore to be an exciting, fast-paced, high-energy, cosmopolitan city. More importantly however is the pace we feel in the Spirit. God is moving upon and through this city to impact all of Asia.

I’m so excited I finally got to look at your blog! YAY! I’m so glad everything is going well so far and God is already moving in a mighty way! Just want to say that I’m so glad to have met you and Bro. Dabbs and I’m thankful that my husband and I have new role models. I will miss our “More To Life”, and chatting on the bumpy ride to the Shirel’s, and at times losing our way! I now feel very confident in “facilitating” a Bible study and it’s all thanks to you. I hope we will get to see each other again someday, but I will never forget you in my memory or prayers. I wish I could have gotten to know you better.

I just got home from Holiday Youth Convention today. This was my very first year going. I went as a chaperone, and now I am exhausted, but at the same time, I feel a fire igniting inside me. I know HYC is for the youth, but I feel somewhat different than I did before I went. God is so Wonderful! I was searching through your website and reading about all the glorious works God is doing and how He’s been keeping you and Bro. Dabbs very busy. I actually have tears in my eyes right now because I can feel the Holy Ghost when I read the blogs. It’s encouraging to know that God never sleeps and is always at work. God bless you and Bro. Dabbs!
